Etheldreda was a delightful Saxon princess who eventually became the famous Abbess of Ely. Her body remained incorrupt for over a thousand years and her shrine was a place of pilgrimage from all over Europe until both were destroyed by King Henry VIII after he rejected the Catholic Church. VAT
All prices as set out on the website are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable). Please note that books are VAT zero rated in the UK. Customers outside of the UK will be responsible, where necessary, for the payment of local VAT, import duties and customs handling charges at point of import.
